  9. The following information applies to Microsoft Access Developer's
  10. Toolkit, version 2.0.

  13.                 ADDENDUM TO MICROSOFT LICENSE AGREEMENT
  14.              for the Microsoft Access DeveloperÆs Toolkit
  15.  
  16. This addendum ("Addendum") is made to the Microsoft Software License
  17. Agreement which you received with the Microsoft Access DeveloperÆs
  18. Toolkit ("EULA"), and pertains to the software accompanying this EULA
  19. ("ADD-ON SOFTWARE"). If you have not previously acquired a licensed
  20. copy of the Microsoft Access DeveloperÆs Toolkit, Microsoft grants you
  21. no rights whatsoever with respect to the ADD-ON SOFTWARE.

  23. If you choose to use the ADD-ON SOFTWARE, you:

  25. 1. Acknowledge that you have previously acquired a licensed version of
  26.    the Microsoft Access DeveloperÆs Toolkit;
  27.  
  28. 2. Agree that your use of the ADD-ON SOFTWARE is subject to all terms
  29.    and conditions of the EULA applying to the "SOFTWARE," "SOFTWARE
  30.    PRODUCT" and "REDISTRIBUTABLES," as such terms are defined in the
  31.    EULA.

  33. NOTE: As a REDISTRIBUTABLE under the terms of the EULA, the ADD-ON
  34. SOFTWARE is provided AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND MICROSOFT
  35. AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR
  36. IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF

  49. The Microsoft Access Developer's Toolkit (ADT) version 2.0 Service
  50. Pack contains three custom controls (.ocx files) that replace the
  51. existing custom controls in your Microsoft ADT folder (C:\Access\Adt
  52. or C:\Msoffice\Access\Adt). The Service Pack includes the latest
  53. version of the following custom controls:

  55.  - Calendar Control (Msacal20.ocx version 1.0.002 dated 7/10/95)
  56.  
  57.  - Scrollbar Control (Msasb20.ocx version 1.0.002  dated 7/10/95)
  58.  
  59.  - Data Outline Control (Outl1016.ocx version 1.0.013 dated 7/10/95)

  61. The updated custom controls correct the general protection fault that
  62. may occur if you use the original custom controls in Windows 95 or
  63. Windows NT version 3.51.

  65. Installation
  66. ------------

  68. Quit the ADT and Microsoft Access (if they are running), and then copy
  69. the files from the enclosed disk (or the files you downloaded from
  70. online services) to your <Windows> directory.

  72. Important: When you install the updated custom controls, make sure
  73. that you replace the original .ocx files with the newer files. If
  74. you have two versions of the same custom controls your Microsoft ADT
  75. folder, you may experience problems when you use the custom controls
  76. in Microsoft Access.

  78. After you install the updated custom controls, you can use them in
  79. your databases. You do not have to reregister the custom controls in
  80. the registry, nor do you have to reinsert the custom controls in
  81. Microsoft Access forms that use the original version of the .ocx
  82. files.
